In an environment where global trade volume is growing at a rate of 2-4% a year, legal translation is vitally important. Legal translation is a challenging domain given its particularly sensitive and complex content. It requires in-depth knowledge of law, an excellent command of languages and expertise in interpreting and transposing the legal terms and concepts specific to each country / economic area.
Word Class also works with certified translators, authorized by a Court of Appeal or a Supreme Court. Our certified translators are authorized to produce all kinds of certified translations to formalize your translated documentation before the competent administrative French and foreign bodies. We complete the tasks with the competent administrative bodies (certified translator's town hall of residence, attorney, Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and, where required, we will provide an apostille or legalization for the original document and its translation.
Here's a list of all legal documentation we regularly translate for our clients:
- Certified translations (legalization and apostille)
- Registration documents
- General terms and conditions of sale
- Articles of association and company registration certificates
- Shareholders' agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements
- Writs of summons and rulings
