Development Methodology:
  1. Identify needs
  2. Analyze training objectives, learner profiles, and key outcomes.
    A start-up questionnaire defines project milestones — content scope, brand identity, interactivity, technical setup, and collaboration process — and is validated during a dedicated kick-off meeting.

  3. Develop, adapt, or integrate content:
    Together with your subject matter experts, we develop content in three stages:
    • Initial development
    • Review and feedback
    • Implementation and refinement

    Our stage-based development process includes structured review cycles:

    • Template Creation: initial layouts and user workflow design
    • Alpha Stage: full project with preliminary voice-over
    • Beta Stage: professional voice-over and animations added
    • Master Stage: final LMS testing and delivery of SCORM files
  4. Localization:
  5. Once the Master version is approved, we prepare scripts, translations, and voice-overs for all required languages.

  6. Deployment and launch testing:
  7. We test the SCORM file on multiple LMS platforms to ensure seamless performance.

  8. Archiving:
  9. Once validated, the final eLearning course is securely stored and archived for long-term access.
